I usually don’t really do cheat days. If I’m super hungry or have major cravings I’ll just eat maybe 400 more calories that day and eat 400 calories less the next day. Today, though, I have decided I am going all out and letting the emotional eating begin. I’m just wondering how much a major cheat day can set you back? What’s the worst I can expect from one day? Gain a pound? Gain 2 pounds? I’m less than 9 pounds away from my goal at 158.8 this morning eating 1200 calories a day. I’m thinking McDonald’s with a side of dominos pizza for dinner lol
