FINALLY pushed past this plateau. Doubled down and started tracking calories carefully again, gave up alcohol, been maintaining my workout routine as I have been for the last few weeks, and the scale has FINALLY started moving again
This was my first real plateau since starting to lose 10 months ago, it’s a good reminder that what worked for me at 230lbs is not gonna keep working for me at 185lbs unfortunately 🫠 gotta stay flexible and keep adjusting to this moving target that is weight loss
Anyways, I’m thrilled, weighed in at 184 this morning and I’m making a bee line to get under 180 (which I haven’t been since 2019) 🏃♀️
