Should I change my calorie intake based on daily activity levels?
For example most days my apple tracker says I burn on average 3,500 total calories per day. Maybe 1 day per week I only burn 2,500 calories.
Right now my target calorie in take is 2,040 with a deficit. So my question is on days where my activity levels are really low (burning 2,500 total calories) should I lower my calorie intake as well?
I have been counting calories for about a month now and still pretty new to all of this and appreciate any advice given. Thank you in advance!
