I was on and off at the gym but have been going consistently since November, from 5 days a week to consistently going 6 days a week since 4 weeks (bear in mind I weighed 77 kgs when I restarted my gym in November).
My diet also aims to cover 110 - 120 grams of protein every single day and aim to not eat over 1500 - 1600 cals ( I log my calories ). I take 2 scoops of whey and also some creatine in order to build some muscle.
Although my strength is increasing at the gym, I don't see my scale even budging slightly. Now I know, I might be gaining muscle and muscle is heavier than fat, after a month, I expected some drop in the scale. I have also been taking weekly progress pics and now the progress pics seems to be similar lately. I still see my big love handles and belly fat just hanging around and this honestly makes me doubt "trust the process" thing.
I really don't understand where am I going wrong and wanted some advice on how can I go around it?
