Seeking Guidance: Weight Loss and Healthy Eating Advice

I've struggled with diets and currently weigh 89 kgs (196lbs), while my ideal weight range is 46kg to 56kg (109lbs to 133lbs). I'm 32 years old with a BMI of 35.7 (Obese Class ||) and face multiple health conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, ADD, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, PCOD, HS, joint and back pain, and high cholesterol.

Being at my ideal weight in the past eased some issues. I didn’t have any issues other than ADD, OCD, PCOD and back pain. but I'm feeling lost now. I lack motivation to exercise due to pain from previous injuries during dance workouts. I also fell down and hurt my back. My diet is challenging to control, and I'm unsure where to start.

How can I begin my weight loss journey to shed 30 kgs this year? What workout routines should I follow, considering my injuries? Will weightlifting at my current weight make me bulk up, especially with my high meat intake? Also, how can I reduce body fat percentage and manage cholesterol effectively?

Essentially, I'm seeking guidance on initiating a weight loss plan while considering my health conditions and past challenges.

Thanks in advance. Love u all 🙏 I admire everyone here for their support and dedication towards our common goal.
