Finished my holiday yesterday. It was a month long. I’m 5”7 and weighed 71kg before the trip and I was in pretty good shape with very visible abs, muscle fibers, veins and all that good stuff. During the holiday I’m pretty sure I ate 4k-5k (mostly carbs) calories everyday and stopped going to the gym.
Well today (exactly a month after start of holiday) I’m 72.7 kg. This is mental because I thought I’d step on the scale and see upwards of 76kg. I was very sedentary during my holiday as well. So I wasn’t walking off the calories. On the flip side though, my body composition changed. My abs are barely visible anymore, I’m a lot less vascular, and I feel my waist went up an inch or two. Well, there’s still a lot of time to get in the shape for summer and it starts today! Good luck everyone.
