So I wasn't losing any weight for a month after reducing food intake and going gym however according to the data I need on average 130 micrograms of protein per day but I was having around 60-70 per day. Therefore my weight was essentially stuck even with an increased movement. However for the past 2 weeks I bought a protein shake and increased my protein consumption to meet the 120-130 mg and I have been losing weight nearly every week and have lost 3 kg in 2 week. So my question is, was lack of protein stopping the weight loss before or was it something else?
