Hi everyone,
I'm at the heaviest I've ever been up to this point (M48, 5'5", 213 lbs). About 2 months ago, I said enough is enough, get your crap together, and started getting back into monitoring what I'm eating and exercising 5 times a week. I don't know if it's my age or what, but I'm not seeing any results from my hard work. I've lost weight in the past but this is the first time in my life where I'm not seeing any results from my hard work.
How'd you get through not seeing any results? If you're middle aged like me and were starting out, did it take your body a long time to respond to your efforts?
