Lose it vs ww? Has anyone tried both?
I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been…even when I was pregnant.
I tried ww before with decent success but gained it all back later. I tried again but fell off the wagon.
Lose it was a suggestion I was given. I’ve poked around a bit on the app but haven’t committed yet by buying,
If you’ve tried both which were you more successful with?
Should I go basic or premium membership if I choose lose it. Obviously lose it is cheaper than ww but is it as effective?
Any advice?
