I'm 5'3 female, 33 years 194 pounds and the LoseIt app says I need to eat at 1685 to lose a pound a month.
But I checked my TDEE and it says I need to eat at 1,365 sedentary because I have a desk job and not doing much exercise right now (I do want to change that in the near future). But I dont know if I can handle that.
I did start dieting at 1263 which according to LoseIt App I could lose 2 pounds a month (was trying to lose weight faster because friends wedding is coming up next month I'm trying to catch the boutique 😏).
But I was ssoo hungry, tired, and stressed. My body felt like it was dying that I couldn't even do even a lil exercise which is already hard because my body hasnt worked out in a long time. But I did lose 2 pounds in a week, I was just miserable.
But with this new budget of 1685 I still feel, hungry, tired and stressed even though Im eating tons of protein, fiber, carbs and veggies, but since its more calories I can sneak in some small portions of fast food here and there and my body starts to feel better which I don't know why.
But unfortunately, 1685 I didn't lose any weight (but didnt gain either). But I was less miserable overall and it was still more healthy and less snacks and junk than I would normally eat.
But I would like to see the scale next week at least 1 pound lost. Should I just add exercise or lessen the calorie again to maybe 1500?
