Soooo after being here a few years ago (counting calories works wonders) and then gaining a lot of it back over the last year, I want to start my new year´s resolution a few days early.
But right now I have a bit of trouble with planning my foods and have simply no idea. This sounds so dumb, but right now my head is a blank space, even though I had already some go to meals for weightloss.
And that´s where you amazing guys come in, if you could share your favourite weightloss meals, you would make me very happy :-) And with favourite I mean, you could tell me your tastiest or your go to meal because it´s easy/fastest or whatever. I am looking for inspiration, please show me the right direction
