Hello. 27F here. Height- 157cm, Weight- 70kg BMI- 28.5 (Overweight)
I have been overweight for 8 years. I tried to diet several times. But failed. The main reason was I eat too much when I am sad or stressed. I can't control it. In my country, Mental Health is not a thing. So I could not get help in that way.
Anyway... Now I am highly motivated. I am trying to do a diet. I eat 3 times a day. But when I am stressed I eat junk on that day. But right now I am not leaving the diet on the very next day. (I can say. That's an improvement. Earlier, I could not do this at all) I also do 30 minutes of aerobics every day.
In this way. I lost 3kg in 3 weeks. But after that. I am not losing any weight anymore. Though my belly and waist seem slimmer than before. But I am concerned about why the weight is not lost.
My goal is I want to be 60kg before March. So.. Advise me. 1. How do I do that? 2. Is every 30-minute aerobic workout enough? 3. What kind of snacks I can eat when I am stressed and have too many calories? 4. In my periods, I get bad cramps. What alternative light workout is advisable?
