Huge difference on the tdee calculator between slightly active and not active

I’m 26F, hovering 183 lbs at 5’4 inches with 38% body fat. I’ve lost about 40 lbs so far.

I run on the tredmill 3 days a week, so I usually put light exercise. This brings my calories for cutting to 1500.

But when I put it to no activity, it brings it to 1200 calories.

In the summer I would say I was a bit more active, doing my tredmill runs on top of always being outside walking/biking etc. so in the summer, 1500 calories I was able to lose weight.

Now that it’s winter and my activity is just the three runs, I’m still eating at 1500 but find it’s more of a maintenance as I’m not losing anything.

I put the calculator to no activity, and was surprised there was a pretty big difference.

So next week I’m going to try and hit between 1200-1400 and see what the scale does. Wish me luck!
