Bloating makes everything I try feel pointless

Girl here, I have lost weight before, but I have regained around 10 kilos since. I try to lose weight, and I remember from my first time losing, that a big part of it was weighting everyday because it kept me on track. But now my period is messing with me and I have extreme bloating the days before my period and sometimes during ovulation too. This makes me feel like crap, since I fluctuate two or three kilos depending on the time of the month. Despite knowing it’s bloat, it makes me feel horrible and i become hyper aware of what i eat. Then, couple of days later, it goes away and I think, oh good it was just bloat and I relax again, and indulge, which makes it a zero sum game. I know that if I weigh everyday I can see the fluctuations more clearly but it’s currently impossible, since im staying some days alone and some with my parents and I cannot carry my scale with me.
