So I've been on a strict diet of no bread, pasta, noodles or processed foods since the end of July.
I had no carvings and only cheated four times when I was out with friends (didn't want to be that annoying person who can't eat with everyone because of a diet) even then I stuck to small portions and relatively healthy options.
I managed to lose some weight and I was so happy about it but just about an hour ago I suddenly got this super intense craving for bread.
Since I don't live alone there was some available and I ate 7 slices of buttered bread. Now I feel horrible. It's like all my work and discipline was for nothing. I dont know what caused the sudden craving and I'm scared of this happening again.
I can't just tell the people I'm living with to stop buying bread so there's always gonna be some in the kitchen. Just makes me feel so gross to suddenly not be able to control myself around food.
