i sepnt 6 months Home Office/unemployed so i started working out at 6am everything was going good, 2 weeks ago i got a new sedentary job, I've been bringin my own food
-vegetables with chicken
-snacks (apple and a bar)
-cooking my own breakfast (avocado toast and an egg)
of course i havent gotten the time to workout but if im taking care of my food why am i gaining weight and not maintaing or losing?
its been hard finding the time to workout i would have to wake up at 5am since i come home at 7pm and in bet at 9pm.
