How to deal with the bottomless pit of hunger a week before my period?

I've had severe hunger pangs for 3 days now. Sort of feels like there's a monster gnawing inside my belly and I don't know how to deal with it anymore.

I did my research and found out this is pretty normal because of changes in my hormones. And apparently the body needs an extra 350 calories during this time.

I decided to honor and give in to my hunger because the last thing I want is to spiral back to binge eating. I've been eating close to maintenance and even more. But I'm still feeling hungry.

I'm not worried it will slow down my progress since I've committed to a 2-year weight loss journey (I've already lost around 35 lbs since August through CICO and 10K steps/day.) But I don't know how to sustain the weight-loss and the healthy lifestyle I want to have, if this a monthly issue that I have to deal with.

Can anyone recommend go-to meals (high-volume, low-calorie?) you eat during this time to keep you feeling full? Or any vitamins / supplements you take to balance the hormones?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
