I'll be straight. I don't want to track each meal of calories, i just want to buy a prepared meal that has the number of calories, doesn't matter healthy unhealthy, i just want to eat under 2500 calories a day by not starving. I don't have much time to prepare+measure food so this is kind amy fault and i cant be mad at myself for not losing weight anymore. Just tell me how many calories a piece of bread, a piece of parisian and one layer of mayonaisse on that bread has. That's all i've been eating my whole life. I've dropped down to 93kg, and suddenly got back up to 100kg in a month. I'm desperate ,been repeating this proccess for 2 years and i havent moved one bit
