Hello! I just joined this sub and I've seen a few people post questions like these on here, but I wanted my own unique answer.
So, I'm 16 and female. Conventionally attractive I think, but for the last decade or so I've had an issue with being overweight. I'm 160cm tall, so my ideal weight would be around 60-65kg (not 50kg because I have heavy muscle mass by default). I currently weigh 76kg. I don't grow anymore. I don't exercise at all due to a number of reasons; the main reason being that I'm unmotivated because of depression.
I don't really know how to start and I'm not sure if it's even worth it but I feel like I'm wasting a great body just because I don't exercise. I'm not going to have this body forever. However due to big life changes I just got even more busy than I ever was before and that makes me even more skeptical to start an exercising routine because I'm soooo busy.
I feel like the lack of exercise makes me appear more tired, more childlike in my face, gives me pimples and my face shape is completely drowned in fat. It's causing me facial dysmorphia as well I think.
Those of you who have lost a lot of face fat and body weight, did it help you appear more attractive? Become more confident? Give your face more of a glow? Do you think it's worth it for me to start exercising even with how full my schedule is? I've heard it can help with depression as well.
All kinds of different tips or story sharing would be appreciated!
