Hi everyone, this thread has really helped me stay motivated. I've struggled with weight my entire life, but I think I'm finally in a good place mentally to sustain my weighloas journey. I also have PCOS so it's always been a bit trickier to loose weight for me.

I started seriously tracking my calories around the 14th of September. I aim to eat 1500 however most days im a bit under. My average steps increased from 2000 up to about 10k daily. I focus mainly on protein intake at the moment as I find too much too soon really stresses me out and I give up.

As I'm a bit on the shorter side I don't feel like I'm loosing weight as visually as I'd like. But my clothes are starting to fit differently.

I've also been having a regular cycle again which hasn't been the case since I decided to come off the pill 3 years ago.

Just excited to see more progress!!
