Hi all, I need to lose fat to reverse my fatty liver and prediabetes. I have been working out 3x a week strength training for 6 weeks. 1-2 other days I'll do a lighter cardio like walking or jumping on trampoline. Otherwise, I have a physically demanding job and have a farm so quite active.
I weigh 165lbs at 5ft 2inch, female, 30 yrs old. Looking to lose 30-40lbs.
I haven't lost a single lb in 6 weeks!! I understand is probably muscle related since I am strength training. I've been eating 120g protein, 45g fat and 80-120g carb. I weigh my food. Is this too much fat? How much fat do y'all consume?
