Feeling confident but keen to hear stories about potentials hardships that I should lookout for!

Hey Friends!

I'm 32M and 5' 10", started my weight loss effort ~45 days ago at 250 pounds and I'm currently at 233 with a goal weight of ~175.

I've been doing the following 3 things:

  • ~1500 Calories per day that I track with MyFitnessPal.
  • 20-30 minutes of Peloton exercise every day.
  • Vitamin supplements for nutrients that appear low in the MyFitnessPal nutrient breakdown.

All in all, I'm more than thrilled with my progress so far, but I know it's not always going to be smooth sailing and would be keen to hear stories from folks about some of the more challenging things they've dealt with that I should be prepared to overcome in the coming months!
