Has anyone tried the 30/30/30 method? You eat 30 grams of protein in the first 30 minutes after waking up and then do 30 minutes of cardio with a steady heart rate below 135 bpm.
I've been seeing this Gary Brecka guy a lot lately, and his story seems convincing, though I haven't looked into it much. He talks about two ways to lose weight - the 30/30/30 method and cold plunges. Wondering if any of you have tried the 30/30/30 thing and what you think of this guy. I've seen that Dana White supports him, and considering White's reputation, I doubt he'd endorse a questionable scheme. What are your thoughts on all of this?
