Very Obese. Working out a lot, huge calorie deficit and not losing any weight.

Hello,

I'm currently dealing with obesity, weighing around 360 pounds with a height of about 6 feet 2 inches. I'm 19 years old. For the past three weeks, I've been hitting the gym roughly four times a week, engaging in both cardio and weightlifting sessions, totaling about 2-3 hours of intense training each time. I focus more on weightlifting as I aim to build muscle while shedding excess weight. According to my Apple Watch, I burn a significant amount of calories during these workouts, approximately 1300-1500, which may seem a bit high, but given my height and weight, it doesn't seem entirely unrealistic. Despite this, I don't factor these burned calories into my daily intake, viewing them more as a bonus in my weight loss journey.

Currently, I'm tracking my food intake to approximately 1600 calories per day, whereas my body would typically require around 3000 to maintain my current weight. It's been three weeks, and I haven't seen a single pound drop, which is incredibly frustrating.

My diet mainly consists of lean proteins like chicken and turkey, along with plenty of vegetables. I cook with minimal to no oil, and I also make sure to take in a good amount of protein before my workouts. Overall, I aim to keep my daily intake below 1800 calories. I've had only ONE "cheat day" where my friends and I had some alcohol, totaling around 3000 calories for the day.

On gym days, I take about 3.5-4g of creatine, along with one scoop of protein mixed with water, which amounts to an additional 100 calories. I also supplement with magnesium, electrolytes, various vitamins, and omega-3. Moreover, I make sure to get at least 9 hours of sleep each night.

I often try to reassure myself that I might be gaining muscle, and it might be too early to see a significant change on the scale, but not seeing any weight loss over three weeks is becoming increasingly perplexing to me, since my weight is really high.
