Hi! I’ve noticed I was at a plateau with my weight before I started gaining again. I’ve made no drastic changes to my diet, and I’ve begun working out more. I’ve had multiple people point out to me that while I cut out what I needed to to get down to this point, I needed to start cutting out carbs and processed sugars (I’m insulin resistant with PCOS). I’m looking around for some relatively cheap to make, low-carbs but high fiber and protein foods that I can make and prep for my week.
Any advice or recommendations/recipes would be appreciated!
