So I moved, lost my job, and my relationship ended. I haven’t really cared about myself or my health recently and have been a couch potato who is snacking constantly. I’ve gone from 130lbs in early March up to 156lbs as of this morning.
BUT, today, I put my phone down after HOURS of flipping through food delivery apps and made myself a healthy shake.
I just really needed to share this with some people who might understand. I have been so down and haven’t been caring about myself. I was using food as comfort and I’ve been feeling so awful about myself after eating.
Today feels like a big win. Hopefully more to come!
