How do you curve your cravings, and what do you do to recover after giving in to them?

So I'm in the end game now. Only around 3-4 weeks left of my cut (start: 175/ ~15% body fat, goal: ~10 or 11% bf estimated 158lbs.) Currently I'm 164/ 12.7%. Just hit a plateau last week and readjusted my macros and the cravings started hitting hard. I LOVE cookies, and donuts, I have a lot of junk food in the house since my wife is 7 mo. pregnant,

Anyways. I dont want to get too much into my plan and diet right now. But I do want to know some of your tips for curbing cravings. And what do you do if you have a bad day and give in. It's not a matter of eating enough and satiating my appetite. Tonight I ate all of my meals and felt full and satisfied, but I had ridiculous cravings for girl scout cookies, which we have In the house. I started with 2 samoas, then thought screw it I'll have just 2 thin mints, then i got that well i already screwed up mindset so I had 2 of those chocolate peanut butter ones. I loaded them into my fitness pal and saw that I was over my calories by like 500+ calories. Over my sugar intake. Way over on fat and a way over on carbs. I was sitting there kicking myself when my wife walked in from the store with chocolate chip cookies. I was only gonna have half of one which turned into 1 whole cookie and a small glass of whole milk (which also isn't in my diet)

Total cost of today's fail, +855 calories, +134 carbs, +41g fat over my target.

I know it's not the end if the world but it makes me feel undisciplined, and I'd like to know how to get past these cravings because they are only going to get worse. And I guess I can do 1000cal of cardio tomorrow...

Thanks for letting me rant. I'm new to this sub. So hopefully this post doesnt violate your rules.
