Scared of my weight?

I've been dieting off and on for years. I recently just got back from my Freshman year of college and gained a decent amount of weight while I was gone, as I was eating very cheap and unhealthy food. Now, I feel like I'm really overweight and out of control. I weigh about 192, and every time I think about it, it scares me. I literally just looked up "Can I fit in a plane seat?" because I'm becoming more and more insecure about it. How do I get over my insecurities involving my weight while I work to fix it? I want to start dieting and running again, but I get so down and out about my weight now that it encourages some bad habits, which packs the pounds on more.
