Is something wrong with me?

I've been on a calorie counting diet (CICO) for 3 months now. I am 5ft7 (171cm) and weight 90 kgs (198lbs) at 30 BMI,. I've ran macros and started on CICO diet 3 months ago. On average, I am 30% below my calorie target. I haven't been able to lose a single kg of weight.

Eating:

I stick to eating 3 small meals a day. I rotate between 1 and 2 every day (Monday 1., Tue 2., Wed 1., Thurs 2., etc)

  1. Veggies/beans/sprouts/legumes + Wheat + small quantity of rice

  2. Egg + Wheat + small quantity of rice

Since I started 3 months ago, I've had 0 cheat days.

I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol or carbonated drinks, don't like sweets so those are out of question, had shallow fried stuff once a week which fell below the daily calorie limit.

Exercise:

I walk around 1 Km (0.6 miles) every day during weekends going to and from work. Other than that I don't do any exercise (mostly because of time constraint). I do some exercise on Sundays.

Anomalies:

  1. I have a very weird bowel movement. I only get natures call once a day in the morning and feel constipated occasionally.

  2. I compared my legs with the slimmest guy I know and found my legs to be similar below thighs. Most of the fat seems to be near stomach, shoulders and thighs (dunno if it's an anomaly)

I don't know what to do, please someone help me. I am very serious in losing weight (conditioned my mind to have 0 cheat days which was extremely hard) and seeing absolutely zero progress is extremely disheartening. Yes, I did try different weighing scales to see if the problem is with that, it wasn't.
