So, 19M 178cm SW:114kg(250lbs) CW:108kg(237 lbs) GW:90kg(200lbs) I used tdee.net to calculate my calorie requirements and turns out to be 3259cals which i think is too much but anyways how much deficit should i create to loose weight, i hit the gym 6days/week with 40mins of cardio+weight training. I started going to gym 4 weeks ago and lost 6kg(13lbs) within that time and now I’ve stuck(weight plateau) there for the past 5days. I haven’t taken any cheat day since I’ve started and all i eat throughout the day is salad(red,yellow,green bell peppers+lettuce+cucumber+brocoli+onion+french dressing+light mayo+honey mustard) ,fruit(apple/watermelon/papaya/strawberry/banana), chicken breast on alternative days and milk before bed. By eating all the above mentioned foods/fruits i think i create enough calorie deficit.
