I ( 20 M, 6 feet, CW:270lb) have been losing weight since quite some time now so I decided I would step up my game by starting to log everything I eat in the loseit app. When I entered all my date the calculated I would reach my GW of 100 ob sometime in late November ( losing 2 lb a week).
However, according to the app my daily calorie intake should roughly be 2000 cal which I think is way to much !? I have been eating about 1400-1500 cal a day now for a week and I think I can do it.
BUT, right now it says if I keep going like this I will reach my goal in early august. Is this even possible, it seems a little fast to me. Thank you guys in advance. (Sry for formatting I am on mobile )
