Been feeling a bit down on myself this week and after some confusing scale fluctuations I decided to get a more objective view and take some photos and compare myself to when I started. I took pictures almost a year ago today and when I look in the mirror it doesn't feel like that big of an improvement but holy hell seeing them side by side has put some perspective on things!

I've just been doing CICO, struggles on and off through graduating last summer, shitty relationship then the eventual shitty break-up but I've been focusing on improving myself a lot so this feels like I'm finally out of the other side and making strides. When did my back fat rolls disappear??? I put on a jacket today and it felt loose on me, I couldn't put my arms forward wearing that jacket last year let alone zip it all the way up..
I'm so happy for me!
