To start off, I am a 24 year old 6'1 male. This year my starting weight was 293. As of yesterday, I weigh 275. Problem is, I've been stuck at 275 for like (EDIT: Over) 2 weeks already and I haven't changed nothing drastic. I eat around 1500 calories and I bike around NYC between 8-14 miles like 5 times a week. I lost the majority of my weight in like 2 months, and now all of a sudden my scale is literally not moving for a while now.
It's very frustrating seeing my scale go up to 279 pounds for a couple of days and no matter what I do, my weight only lowers to 275. This is not my first time loosing weight. I lost 50 pounds back in 2011 largely over the summer loosing like 5 pounds a week (my lowest was 165 pounds before loosing all self control during and after college) and I don't remember hitting this plateau that feels never ending.
