I've been doing CICO since around the beginning of February. Since then, I've lost about 48 pounds or so. Really fast progress, I know. But I suppose when you're as big as I was, it comes off much quicker. Here's the thing, for the last two weeks, I've yoyo'd back and forth between 359 and 355ish. I just cannot escape this range. I know I've eaten at a deficit. There have been a FEW days I've let myself get a little closer to my maintenance level than usual, but I've still eaten at a weekly deficit. It's starting to feel like I'm going to be stuck here forever. Any tips on how to break a plateau before it breaks my streak? :/
