I just tipped back from an obese BMI to overweight today, and I just had to share. I was up to 200lbs in the beginning of February, and coupled with a vacay that hampered my progress in March it's been a slow descent, but I feel like my motivation is in a good place. I've been counting calories, making better choices and increasing my amount of exercise. I've found some activities that I love again (when I stopped playing roller derby I went from a more muscular 155 to a softer 195 in a few years), my head is in a good place and my partner is on his own fitness journey and has been very supportive.
I'm really thrilled to feel healthier and happier lately, and reading everyone's stories here is so uplifting and encouraging, so I thought I would share mine. I'm thankful for this community!
