Tomorrow is day one

Hey guys

Ive been struggling with my weight for about 15 years. At one point i got down to my ideal weight but then packed it all on again. Now im about 10kgs (22.5 pounds) from the heaviest ive ever been. Weight problems has fed into so many other issues in my life, i constantly let this control my life. And when i mess up, i tend to go overboard, as in "oh well, ive done it now, might as well keep going". Also, my biggest downfall is binging. I have no idea why i do it, or how to avoid it. I guess its just part of the journey? dont get me wrong, i hate it passionately.

I went out today a bought all the healthy stuff i love eating (which is pretty much WFPB) when i dont hate myself, ive packed my lunch for tomorrow and am planning my breakfast too. Im going to ride my bike to uni too.Any support would be awesome.
