The "fat" Twin

I'm a twin, we've always been around the same weight with similar living conditions, until she and I got married. She took the domestic route and having children, while I have been tending to my marriage and dogs. Needless to say it's been hard for her to lose the baby weight (4 births in 4 yrs will do that), she's recently started exercising and I'm so proud of her, our weightloss goals are the same and we've both started losing ( we are both around the same size again), but a thought keeps coming up. "Am I only exercising so I'm not the "fat" twin?" I know that's not the case I'm doing it for medical reasons and have already lost 20lbs which feels great! But do other people tend to get these thoughts? With siblings? I wonder if it's because were Identical or if it's normal. Just curious.
