Podcast recommendation: Half Size Me

Hi all, I’ve been rather a broken record about this today, but I find so many people that seem to need the content in the wonderful podcast “Half Size Me.”

The host has lost 170 lbs and even more importantly maintained it for something like 7 years. She takes everything from the maintenance mindset as opposed to the speed diet approach that so many of us have gotten lured into.

If you’re not already a listener, I highly, highly recommend it! She has a website and blog as well, and I suppose if you really want an extra dose you can apply to be one of her coaching clients. In my case, the fundamentals she describes in the podcast are plenty.
