Hi I’m new to this subreddit and I’m looking for some diet advice. I’m about 90% sure I’m apple shaped (pics below) and I’ve heard the best thing for this body shape is a low carb diet.
I’m considered Keto, but I’ve found that diet requires lot of cooking, and as I’m residing in a different country right now, it’s hard to find many products here that you can find easily in the States. I haven’t worked out in months, and I know I’m probably “skinny fat” but I’m working on finding a gym to go to while I’m here. I’d like to lose 20 pounds (or more) and get down to at least 115, as I think right now I look rather fat/wide. Any advice is appreciated! :)
