I am fairly new to this subreddit and only been dieting for like 10 days. I know it isn't a lot of time but since then i gained weight and it makes me desperate.
I decided to turn my life around and get fit and informed myself on how its supposed to work. So I've been tracking my calories for 9 days and gradually increasing my level of activity (going for walks, will hit the gym soon).
But I've gained 1.5 kilo since I started so I guess I am wrong any point so I would really appreciate help on my diet.
My goal kcaloric intake to loose weight according to the app Myfittnesspal is 1570 kcal.
What I had:
Day 1: 1240 kcal
Day 2: 1100 kcal
Day 3: 1504 kcal
Day 4: 1407 kcal
Day 5: 822 kcal
Day 6: 970 kcal
Day 7: 987 kcal
Day 8: 1362 kcal
Day 9: 1287 kcal
So unless I got the math wrong or maybe it is normal? Please help me figuring out what may be the reason for my weight increasing instead of decreasing. It is really discouraging, trying hard and not seeing results, even if its just like 10 days.
