I've somehow managed to get back on track!

Despite being extra depressed, being cheated on multiple times by my SO in the past few months, work being extra stressful, missing my friends and family 1,000+ miles away, and finding out I might have some weird blood cancer, I'm down six pounds since February! I was shocked at my weigh in yesterday, and I treated myself to some cheese fries with bacon. This morning I'm back on it, having some weight control oatmeal along with my almond milk latte. This morning when I put on my pants, I accidentally set my belt to the next hole over, and it's comfortable. I can't visually tell a difference, but man am I pleased with myself right now.This is the one thing I get to control right now, and I'm on top of it and I'm getting results.

Just needed a happy vent this morning :)
