I just read this article that popped up in front of me this morning that favours eating intuitively. Being someone who has tracked my daily diet for about two years now having lost weight, maintained and even lean bulked doing so, I'm frankly biased against following an "eat when you feel like you should" kind of guideline. I mean, that's what led me to be overweight in the first place.
Now I'm not saying there aren't any people who have lost and/or maintained their weight out there by eating intuitively, I'm sure there are, though I'm guessing they're in the minority. I'm curious to hear the community's thoughts on it, especially from those who have had success and are in favour of it.
