Hello!
I currently weigh in at 250lb, I've already lost 50lb so far so I'm doing ok.
I have a problem with getting enough veg and "healthy" foods in my diet. I absolutely can't stand salads, I have tried all the different leaf types and the texture of them completely throws me off and I usually end up gagging on it. I can't stand tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, cress, radish or any other typical "salad" foods.
Its not through laziness I don't eat them, I prepare gorgeous looking salads for my husband, I just don't like anything in them.
How can I make something that is similar to a salad for my work lunches? Is it possible? Rice and meat isn't anywhere near as healthy as a bowl of salad..
