If you weigh yourself daily, how do you know what's your REAL weight? My weight fluctuates often, anywhere between 1-6 pounds per day and 1-2 pounds per hour.

Hey everyone!

So, I understand that normal water weigh and bodily processes will definitely mess with the scale a bit, but for some reason I think I fluctuate too much. Ex. Last night, I weighed 149.2 pounds. I went to the bathroom, weighed myself again and now weighed 150.2! What???? I didn't eat or drink a thing between those ~6 minutes.

This morning, I weighed 147.8 pounds and 2 days ago I was at 154 but definitely didn't do enough exercise to lose 7 pounds within 48 hours.

So, what gives??? Am I doomed to just weigh myself every few months instead of every month? I know I've lost weight because I haven't been below 150 in years, but I still teeter between 147-156 on a weekly basis and I don't know how to keep it steady
