I used to eat a breakfast, a morning snack, a good lunch, an after school snack, and a dinner...Totaling like 1600 calories and then I workout. I started losing weight and was feeling great but now I'm at 120-123 and im suddenly losing like all my appetite. I don't want to eat like ever. I used to look forward to eating and be waiting with my lil plate at 6:30 but now it's like 8:30 and I remember I should prolly get food to make sure I don't die but im not like especially hungry so I just eat until I feel like I won't be hungry later on. And then I end up with about a 1000 calories of food
I've like never felt this way before and it's so foreign like is this a good sign? Am I like losing my abusive relationship with food as I eat healthier or this like bad cuz 1000 calories feels like undereating - has anyone gone through this ??
