I was fat in high school.

It had been a few days since I stepped on a scale. I kept hovering in the 372-375 range last week, but today I stepped on the scale and realized I have 29lbs to go until I get to my high school weight of 339lbs. That's what I weighed my Freshman year. It was also the last year I was comfortable wearing only a shirt. After that I started wearing button shirts and leaving them open. It made me feel less self conscious about my chest.

I know 339lbs is still very large, but I can't wait until I get there. Then maybe I can finally wear a simple shirt in public again. This is a huge reason why I am trying to lose weight. I am so uncomfortable in public that I mostly hide away and hardly ever go places. I am looking to go to my cousin's wedding at the end of June. That is 15 weeks away. I hope I can lose 2-4lbs a week and get down at or below my high school weight. I have already lost 50lbs in the past 14 months with 4 months of really trying.
