I barely move throughout the day and myfitnesspal tells me not to eat less than 1200 calories daily. Is this correct?

I suffer from depression and agoraphobia. And yes I am seeking help for both, so no worries. I often sleep 12 to 15 hours a day, and when I am awake I do not really do anything other than sit at my computer. I am 6' feet tall and around 240 pounds currently. I have mfp set to lose 2 pounds a week and have it set to sedentary. With these settings it tells me to eat up to 1500 calories a day. If I log under 1200 however it tells me that I am not eating enough. I just feel like my form of sedentary is a lot less then their's. Since I spend so much time sleeping I don't feel like I will be losing weight at 2 pounds weekly like it says. So is it okay to ignore the warning and eat less than 1200 calories daily? This is kind of a specific question and I don't really know where else to ask.
