I’m 138 lbs, 5’4, and 16 going on 17. I’m guessing I have a fairly high body fat percentage as well. I would like to get down to 115 lbs and I am completely sedentary. Basically, I don’t leave my bed except to use the bathroom or go to another room in the house so exercise is almost non existent. So far, Calorie calculators haven’t been very helpful. I’ve tried a few and they all come up with different numbers. I really need help with this because i gained a few pounds in the hospital and I would like to lose it through calorie counting alone. I know bmr is different for everybody but an educated answer on how many calories I should eat a day would be very helpful
