I have a fast food problem. I know I can quit it because I’ve been two months without any soda/coffee/tea. But now I want to tackle the hardest part for me, fast food. I wouldn’t say it’s an addiction. It’s more of a “i don’t want to cook, im lazy” type of situation. Right now I eat out at least once a day (ugh). As a 20 year old college student I can find myself being so lazy and just rather pick something up on the way home from school/work. I don’t want to be this way. I want to be healthy and eat more veggies, also learn how to cook. I’m personally someone who when I want to give things up I have to do it cold turkey, don’t know why but it just works so much better for me. Then after a few months I know FF every now and then won’t be bad. Anyways, for those of you who have had the same issues, how do you combat the cravings? I will have food at home, and will STILL go out and get something because I end up really really wanting it. Would love to hear your stories about how your health/weight changed once you gave up fast food.
