Frustrated with partners unhealthy habits

I’m hoping someone can relate to this or offer any insights/suggestions on how to deal with these frustrations.

When my husband and I got married we were both leading extremely unhealthy lifestyles with BMIs well over 40. Since our wedding I’ve lost 40lb and developed a much healthier lifestyle. My husband on the other hand is still the same. He doesn’t exercise and enjoys eating takeout after pie after ice-cream. His diet is largely carbs and sugar and not much else. He doesn’t do any exercise and moans if I ask him to come on a walk with me. I feel (although I still love him and don’t plan on leaving - for context) we are quite different in this regard now. I find myself getting short-tempered every time he suggests we drive rather than walk or get take out while I’m out at work. He has issues with anxiety and deals with it mainly through food. He says he gets enjoyment and relaxation out of eating like this but I feel like it’s starting to drive a wedge into our marriage. Help!
